Wow, these are huge! Have had them almost a year now, with no signs of wear. I use them on each side of the weight-lifting bench to put heavy dumbbells on...it allows me to pick them up and/or drop them to the side without having to hyper-extend my arms. Good foam block, no damages noted on foam surface. Foam blocks are great because they are lightweight and easier to pick up than a cork block if you are in a situation where the weight of the block is an issue. Read more
