These collagen peptides have honestly changed the way I feel about my hair, skin, and nail health. When I first tried them about a year ago I remember loving how my skin looked after just the first week! Then I ran out and wasn't able to place an order until the next month, and my skin was NOT happy about that lapse in collagen. I immediately was breaking out again, and I could feel the difference. I have NEVER missed an order since that time because your collagen peptides make my skin feel smooth, healthy, and just overall better than when I used to just take the "hair, skin, and nail" vitamins. I've also noticed a difference in the intensity of my workouts. I can go a lot harder than I used to because even at a young age my knees have always bothered me, probably from tumbling and cheer all of my life. I can do lunges and squats now without protest from my knees, whereas before I was taking these collagen peptides I avoided those two exercises at all costs. I'm a huge fan of Evlution Nutrition and all their products, ever since I started a routine using their vitamins, supplements, and products I have noticed my overall health and well being has skyrocketed. They provide great value for a great product, and the Collagen Peptides is another example. In regards to the Collagen Peptides, I have one scoop every morning in my coffee, I mix it with a tablespoon of grassfed butter and MCT oil. I love that it's a fine powder and unflavored so it mixes and tastes well with my coffee. I take it every morning with my breakfast after my workout. I genuinely feel like it gives me a boost of good energy with the coffee, and I have noticed since I've started taking it, I get a little more pep in my step than I used to with just regular coffee. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier, my skin is definitely clearer and less greasy, and I feel like my joints are smoother and less painful. I used to take Chondroitin, however it didn't really do much for me, I feel like this does quite a bit more for me, and I'm very happy to be taking it every day. Overall it's a fantastic product. The product is good. I like that its flavorless so it can be easily added to soups. It gave me a little gastrointestinal unrest at first, but that's because i wasn't taking it properly (poor powder to liquid ratio + consuming the entire serving to quickly). I’ve been taking EVL Nutrition’s Collagen Peptides for a few months now, and honestly do not see that changing anytime soon. I was a little leery of the product at first, but I figured since I was about out of the joint supplement I was taking, it would be the perfect time to give something new a shot. Overall, I feel as my body has responded better to this product than the other supplements I had been taking for quite sometime. As an added bonus, I’ve noticed my hair and finger nails have been growing much faster than they typically have and they appear to be really healthy. The powder itself mixes really well and is truly flavorless; meaning, you can add it to just about anything. I’ve been switching it up from having it in my morning coffee to also adding it to a mid-day or post workout amino drink. UPDATE 11/25: I have now been taking these daily for several months (since July). I have seen AMAZING results. My hair dresser questioned me on what I’ve been doing differently because she is seeing amazing new growth/volume coming in. I did not say anything about these to her but she was able to tell such a difference as soon as she put her hands in my hair! I have very thin/flat hair so that made me so happy. Another incredible result are my fingernails. My entire life I have had the THINNEST nails, you could literally bend them backward. I could never grow them out because they’d break on ANYTHING. Collagen is said to affect skin, hair and nails amongst other benefits. As a 52 year old man I naturally poopoo'd the benefits. But the results are indisputable.
