The batteries it comes with aren’t very good, one doesn’t work at all. I had a 3s that fit and it goes pretty good with that. I got it to 33mph on 3s. That’s fast enough with such a short wheelbase. The shocks are horrible and not oil filled, they aren’t even made to work with oil. Got a good set of real oil filled shocks for $15 and now it’s much better and doesn’t bounce all over anymore. I bought the truck on sale for $59 so I’m giving it 5 stars, it’s great for that price. With the 3s battery and the new shocks it’s a nice little truck for under $100. If it’s still on sale it’s definitely worth it. I just wish they wouldn’t advertise oil filled shock, I should take off 2 stars for being dishonest, but I can’t complain since it’s a brushless truck for $59 Read more

Really cool. Fast as heck. But I only think its 3 stars as the shock in the front broke day one of owning it. Since it was a gift for a birthday that meant they could not use it until I bought replacements. Maybe some upgrades over time will improve it. But from what I hear this is the issue with cars at this level of the hobby. Update. This thing kept breaking. Every part that is plastic breaks. Any screws that mate into plastic break. Spend more and get something else from another company. Read more

This is a very nice car for $100. Very well built. It's very fast. Just spent an afternoon with my 7 year old grandson and he was able to drive it really well. It's almost too fast for this old guy. I don't think you'll find a better bang for the buck. I taped a stop on the throttle so it only went about 3/4 speed and the battery last 45 minutes or more. $60 for a brushless mini RC, one of the best deals out there if everything worked as it should and the item is as described. However it does not come with oil filled shocks and on 3S I hit 27mph. The oil filled shocks were out of stock so I bought the MJX shocks but they were not a direct fit. I took it out for a test drive and the drivetrain is binding so I need to take it apart and see what's going on, it's slower than it should be and I've seen other people hit 30mph+. For the price though it's still an okay deal, not great but not bad. Read more
