Cheap, effective, would buy again! I wanted a red eyeliner that could be smudged without immediately fading to a hot pink or orange. I bought this and colourpop’s BFF Liquid Liner in red, and this was better imo. Pro’s: - True red! - It’s workable for a several minutes after applying, blends really well with finger or a small angled brush (see con) - Once dry can apply additional layers without peeling or disturbing the first layer, great if you accidentally smudged it a little and don’t want to start over - Long lasting once set - I accidentally slept with it on and woke to find it was mostly intact, could have touched up and worn an extra day if I really wanted to - Other red liners and eyeshadows make my eyes look inflamed whereas this added a pop of intentional color Cons: - not actually waterproof BUT it doesn’t travel when wet, just gets easier to rub off. It crumbles without smearing. - may stain slightly skin with light makeup removal BUT no stain after full makeup removal - it takes a few minutes to dry, so gotta take care not to smudge/smear accidentally. Setting it with powder/spray helps - difficult to get a sharp line, BUT nothing a q-tip and a splash of micellar water hasn’t been able to fix - not a lot of product, BUT cheap enough that I would buy again - listing suggests it’s a glitter liner, no glitter to be found (which is what I wanted) - I don’t recognize the brand, it’s made in China, so I worry a little for the quality and safety of ingredients, didn’t check if it’s cruelty free. Do not get these if ypur looking for smudge proof. Colors are pretty. Tips break had 3 broken before I even used them. Over all worth the 10.00 for the amount you get and vibrant colors. Have not tested the water proof yet. My eyes are naturally watery. So was looking for something that would stay without spending big bucks. Read more

Initially, I didn't think these eyeliner pencils could be sharpened - instead of trying it myself, I went by the reviews. Although the casing looks like hard plastic, it is just very shiny wood! The sharpener that is included with the pencils works great and the pencils are a good value. I'll will buy from this seller again! Read more

For its price it’s really good. The color is just as pictured. The texture and application feel smooth. It’s smudgy so I just use a brush to shape it after applying but it does dry and smudge less after it sets. Minus one star because it breaks very easily. I cannot get it sharp at all because it will snap in the sharpener before even getting close. So I mostly use it to set a base then brush it out before it dries. Read more
