I was very disappointed about what happened with the first one, but at least they are willing to make it right. That means a lot. I was OBSESSED with this keyboard. I love a typewriter sounding mechanical keyboard. And it matched all my other pink products. I bought this in January.. 6 months and now the backlight lights up when you turn the switch on, but does not stay lit, nor does it light while typing anymore. Just stopped suddenly. Did all troubleshooting steps I could find online. Just extremely disappointing to spend this kind of money on a product for it to only work 6 months. Amazing for the first 2-3 months. But the keys ended up being really clunky and the Bluetooth connection on the keyboard to PC was always finicky. I had to keep it on the wire because otherwise it just refused to connect. But this month, October, I have the space bar and the 'g' key no longer register for me. I've cleaned the keyboard monthly and I never had an issue for the first 3 months. But near the end of September and start of October, this annoying registration kept occurring and I don't know what's wrong with the keyboard. But when I press the space key - it double spaced regardless of whether I pressed it once or twice. And the 'g' key decides on random if it registers or not. So sometimes it types out one 'g' and sometimes it types out 'gggg' in one press. This is very frustrating because I type a lot for my work and the keyboard that I assumed was very nice and fun and reliable - turns out to be unreliable and really infuriating because I have to press so many back spaces for all the errors I would never make on my previous keyboards. Edit*** I am updating my review and adding more stars as the company saw my review reached out to me about the issue and sent me a new keyboard I am really greatful for this because I really like this keyboard and I’m glad that the company was willing to correct the error. The new keyboard works great so far but I plan to test it for a few months to see if it continues to work well as my last one worked fine at first. I will change my review to 5 stars if everything is good after a few months Original review two stars: I have been using this since around may of this year 2025 it’s now September 2025 and ever since last month my keys don’t always respond, they are constantly double entering the letters when the keys do respond. It was exactly as pictured. I love that these typewriter-style Bluetooth keyboards now come with the numeric keypad. It was super easy to pair to my device by pressing Fn+1 on the keyboard once you flip the switch to On underneath the keyboard. Bought this keyboard in July, and it is now basically unusable in November.. 6 sticky or bad keys that I have to use all the time that make working impossible. I love looking at and using it but for $80, its extremely frustrating that its no longer working right. It's honestly driving me crazy! I just want to use it because its so beautiful! At first I would have given this a 5 star rating. After having this for almost two months there seems to be many glitches. I am past the return date so I am pretty much stuck with it. Love the look, feel and sound of this keyboard. However, the glitches I have had are the keyboard just randomly stops working and the lights go crazy.. I am unable to do anything with it for a little bit.. Which is very annoying. Then the last few weeks most words I type end up with duplicate letters.. SO ANNOYING! On the lookout for a different keyboard that will not have these issues. I could live with the lights going crazy but the double letter thing is driving me crazy. Read more
