These are really well made. Good solid stitching, nice deep pockets - my whole hand easily fits in there and I have long fingers. The interior fleece is extremely fine and soft and these are definitely keeping my legs warm. I suppose they'd help enhance the sweat during a cardio workout. Although I ordered black, so you can't see much detailing, I appreciate that there are no seams at the crotch - that would look tacky. I'm knocking a star off, however, because the recommended size for me was large, and it's a little too snug and short. I'm 5'6, 156 lb, with a 34 inch inseam. These come down to about an inch and a half above my ankle bones. I'd like them to be longer. The waistband is a little tight and uncomfortable, too. My waist 35"; hips 41" - but I *am* currently in my 'holiday diet' mode (lol), so these'll probably fit better around the midsection in a few months. I bought them on sale, great price for the quality. Read more
