This is a great turtleneck! I’ve been looking for awhile for one with some substantial weight. Most of the turtles sold now are flimsy, thin and useless. You wear a turtleneck for warmth! The material on these is perfect. Good quality with some stretch and they don’t shrink. The cut is good as well, not overly boxy or wide with nice long sleeves. They do run slightly small...I usually wear a large (sometimes a medium) and the large does fit but I prefer the fit of the XL (not as tight in the chest area...I don’t have large breasts). Would be even better with cuffs & better color (less bright) choices!! Read more

This turtleneck is exactly what I was looking for. The neck is long enough to hide my "old lady" neck in addition to being super warm now that it's winter. The fabric is soft, and it fits exactly as I wanted it to. I love the color which was difficult to find. All in all, I'm so glad I bought it. I will probably check out the other colors and order a few more. I washed it when I got it, and it washed and dried well without shrinking. Read more

This is definitely not a cable knit sweater (it's just a heavy turtleneck knit top), so taking a star off for the description totally being wrong. That said, if you're just looking for a heavyweight turtleneck top, this may suit your needs. I normally wear a size M in tops from Target or Old Navy, but on reading reviews here I sized up to an L. I'm glad I did because the body of the top is pretty close fitting in the L, but the arms are super long. The arms are sized almost like they meant to put in thumbholes but then changed their minds. In summary, this may be one of the oddest-sized tops I own but it's not uncomfortable to wear. I'm concerned that the sleeves may end up getting in the way but time will tell. I decided to keep this top but I'm definitely not planning to buy more in different colors. The hunt for the perfect turtleneck sweater continues. Read more

This shirt may have been labeled incorrectly, but you can see it is definitely a turtleneck. The thickness was a nice surprise. It will actually keep you warm. I am tall, so I included pics that show the sleeve length, which was really good. I like the stretch of the shirt and the overall length was what I wanted. I haven’t washed it yet, but I’ll definitely wash in cold and lay flat to dry. I bought this color to match a long sweater, but I will be buying more in more colors. Read more

I have ordered lots of turtlenecks over the past year, and this is my favorite. I wear a large or extra large depending on the company. If it's Land's End I order large. All other places I order Extra large. The fit is great in the Extra Large for me. It is form fitting, but not tight. Very Soft. Great Cotton. My only wish is that there were more color choices. It seems that most companies have the same choices. I would like to see more dark greens, purples, & golds. I am 5' 8" tall. I only get weighed once a year at the doctor's office. But I think I weigh between 145 & 150 pounds. Read more
