i am totally satisfied with this order. There was one small problem with a single light in the set of 10 which could have been something that slipped by quality control or could have been damage occurred in shipping. The single light had a short in it and would not work. I sent an e mail to ExMark's customer service and recived a response , an apology and a solution within a few hours. They replaced the unit free of charge and paid all shipping and handling. Therefore I can do no less than give them the highest rating due to their handling of the small problem. These lights are very good for the price. They are not particularly bright but they are nice clear colors. They last pretty long on a full charge. I put them out in early May when the sun was still going down around 6 pm in my area and in the instances I have gone out to check on a noise around 11 or even midnight, I have found them on shining strongly. One thing I would improve on the product is to include extenders to make the light a little taller. They stand about 6 to 8 inches tall with the stake firmly in the ground. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I like the color changing solar lights. They aren’t as bright as I thought they would be but they will do. I probably would have went for the white if I would had to choose again but they aren’t so dim that I need to return them. I wanted something different and that’s what I got. They are pretty and aren’t like any other lighting I’ve seen. Another thing I would have liked was for them to have an off/on switch but that wasn’t that big of a deal. It was only that I unboxed them days before I was able to put them in the yard. I would have liked to have turned them “off” so they could have soaked up the sun for 24 hours before turning them “on”. They do seem to last long. I was out at 5am and they were still going strong. I was at the DollarTree before these path lights arrived from Amazon. I saw that they had their non-seasonal path lights out for sale and for a split second I questioned my Amazon purchase. I thought to myself “I could have picked up 10 lights for less than half the price”. When these light arrived I unboxed them and realized that they are much more attractive than the Dollar store ones and much sturdier. Well worth paying a little more than double per light! Assembly was simple. A matter of pulling out the stake that is pre-inserted upside down in the post and then attaching the light portion. I noticed that one light was already on as it came out of the box (and I will get into my assumption on that shortly). Easily installed along the edge of the grass. I looked out back after night fall and saw that only one light was lit. I was bummed. Referred to the little paper insert (which I hadn’t previously looked at) and saw mention of “insulation strip removal”. I didn’t even consider having to remove anything to activate the battery because of that one light that was already on when I first opened the box. I bought 80 of these to replace a prior, similarly priced set from HD that lasted 4-5 years before needing to be replaced. Well, 18 months in and a good number of these have already died and the rest only stay lit a few hours. They are also quite dim compared to the ones I had before, which of course are no longer available. I'm not expecting amazing quality for three bucks a piece, but needing to be thrown out and replaced after only a year and a half is pretty terrible. Read more
