This is a fantastic high-quality bag that allowed me to carry all my needed medication for study abroad without filling up my suitcase. I read the US Air Carrier Act and found that medical bags do not count towards the maximum number of carry-on/personal items. This includes things like CPAP machines, but also bags that just have medication in them. If you are flying with Air Canada, you need to call ahead of time and let them know you have an additional carryon medical bag. It does not have to be officially labeled, but I found it helpful to purchase an easily identifiable bright red “MEDICAL BAG” tag (from the company O2 Totes) to make it clear why I had more than the allowed number of items. In addition to the “MEDICAL BAG” tag, I added a luggage tag (with my name, address, and phone number), an AirTag, and a combination lock (it comes with a small key lock but I am prone to losing keys). The only thing I really wish it had is a pass-through strap that would allow it to slip onto my rolling luggage handle (as seen on many travel, backpacks and bags). Although it is not an inexpensive item, it is really high-quality and I was very grateful to have it for my trip. I considered purchasing the custom version, but I saw that one was not returnable, and I wasn’t sure if it would work well for me. I found the standard version to have a very helpful variety of pocket sizes and the large clear pocket was very handy. I have been having to pack/travel with my medications for years in 1-2 gallon size ziplocks and backpack due to size of medication bottles etc. I am so thankful I stumbled across this life saver! There is PLENTY of room for multiple bottles of various sizes and includes a zipper pouch on the inside that holds not only large size filled 8 day medication bottle, but extra phone chargers, syringes etc. In addition, the bag has two outside zippered pockets. I love the thick strap as it does not slide. The item is very well built and stylish if you have to carry medications. Perfect for airline carry on bag as well. I am so used to being disappointed on products that i order. But this was a happy exception. It's a USA based company and whether they manufacture all their products in the US or overseas, it doesn't matter. Because the product had no flaws. The product is sturdy. Well made. Good zipper. Velcro was top notch and not falling apart. the compartments easily fit my differently sized vitamin bottles and medication bottles. And the product looked good too. (and it did not smell horrible like so many products cheaply produced---in fact it had zero odor). I would happily recommend this company's products and buy again from them). ps: It is so rare that i leave a review but this time i thought the company deserved to be publicly praised. Love this medicine chest, it's portable, it's for home, it's everything you need to get organized. It's like opening up the medicine chest in the bathroom, everything is there. There's individual slots for pull bottles, zip compartments, every thing you need. I personally don't need the lock but it's there too if needed. Great product!! Read more
