This is a handy dandy tool to have. It’s decent sized, easy to clean, and it kept our food warm. I like the timer and that you could adjust the temperature. It rolls up easily and comes with its own Velcro strap to secure it. I used it twice - once at home, and once for our marching band kids. The only thing I found to be displeasing was that it wouldn’t turn off with the on/off button. Perhaps, my different attempts were incorrect ways to shut it off. I have not contacted the seller, but I do intend to do just that. Edit: Contacted seller and received a quick response with helpful information. The “off” button only puts it into standby mode. The box has some broken English and interesting descriptions, the plug came bent, but otherwise seems like it should be ok. I haven’t gotten to test the heating element just yet but the mat is a really nice size and a pretty color. The cleaning instructions are straight forward.
