Horrible product! Had a black ring within hours of placing a clean glass on it. Never could get the black rings out. I Threw away the Matt within a month, what a waste of money. The Matt itself was not made of stone but rather a resin stone byproduct. The Matt is attached to a plastic sheet & webbing which also molds from holding moisture. Edit to say Customer service was spot on! They contacted me to offer FULL refund. Stated they are a small company and want to make this product better!
