So these are solid aluminum thumbsticks that fit the ps5 controller. They have tons of texturing so are plenty grippy (can be hard to see in pictures), they move super smooth, and are no louder than the generic thumbsticks in my opinion. Do they hurt your thumbs? Well I have games as many as 4 hours straight using them and the answer is no. They did not hurt my thumbs any more than a plastic thumbsticks. The only drawback is they are slightly, and I mean SLIGHTLY more slippery than a standard ps5 thumbstick. But they are also more durable, look cooler, feel great on the thumb, don't wear down, or create that gunky sticky stuff around the "cap". I have 3 PS5 controllers all of them have been swapped to these thumbsticks. Nuff said. Read more

These look great. Very easy to replace. The process is a little bit of a pain, but not difficult. I did place black rubber tips so the red is a subtle accent. Very well made. Zero problems with gameplay. Highly recommend! Read more

Purchased for my PS4 controller. Came with tools to open. Was a very tight fit, but did fit well. Joystick seems to be working fine. The metal shouldn't break as easy as the cheap plastic did. Overall I'm happy woth this purchase Read more

First, I read reviews that these were hard to install and you have to push them in with the strength of Superman to get them on. Well, I put these on with little effort. So maybe they redesigned them since then. These look absolutely fantastic. I chose them over another brand because I liked the smoothed out ridges at the edges of the circle. Just seemed more modern and sleek looking. However, going back to "sleek". I should say "slick" rather because they are a bit slippery when playing until you get a little oil built up from your finger then they are okay but not as good as the rubber grip thumbstics. If I was the manufacturer, I would have offered grip rings that go around the edges of thumbsticks that also had the middle cut out so you can see gold in the center circle. I think that would make it a perfect ergonomic and elegant design. They are light and feel around the same weight of the plastic versions. So don't expect heavy just because they are made of metal. The dome is thin enough to maintain sturdiness and still produce a light overall weight. Price is a little much for these. About $2-$3 less would make these a good value. Read more

Took a bit more force to seat than i was comfortable with, but went on without issue, no sharp edges, no color blemishes. Almost the same color as the extremerate red textured bottom shell and transparent red top shell. Read more

The plastic ones work great by the same company (have 2 dachshunds that like to chew on the thumb sticks if one of my kids leaves them out so this isnβt my first rodeo) but these metal ones would not seat into the rubber of the ps5 controller at all. Waste of money. Read more

I went ahead and customize my controller and wanted some toggle sticks to match. They look awesome on my design. Functionality is a little bit to get used to. They are a little heavier and because of the smooth metal finish you don't grip on them as easily as the rubber ones. I didn't find myself slipping at all. Play a lot of GTA, back for blood which is a fps shooter .. no complaints. Read more
