I have only just begun to use this product so I cannot yet attest to things like battery life, dependability over time, etc. Good: easy to operate, holds charge over days (so far) and can be used several times in a row. The cooling feature is pretty awesome and I cannot figure out how it works because there is no freezing of any parts required. The air pressure is varied and the strong setting is amazing for a migraine. You can easily connect it to your phone Bluetooth or listen to the relaxing music built into the unit. It bends in the middle for molding to the face and compact for travel. Downsides: it doesn’t seem to be able to cool the entire cycle (and I am not surprised since it produces cold without freezing anything ahead of time). Since face sizes range, it fits a little large for me; I have an oval face and I am in the narrow side…as in I wear petite or kids’ sized glasses. So you kind of need to mess around with placement on your face. The manufacturer admits in the description that the unit is heavy. Despite the picture of the woman wearing it, standing up with a mug in her hand and a smile on her face, it is best used laying down. I agree; it’s a bit heavy and you can’t see so why would you try to drink coffee? What I love about this device first; I love the beautiful music thank you for creating that because I'm claustica phobia and just sitting in silence darkness can be scary for me. So that was a beautiful kind thing to do. Second; the quality I certainly appreciate the technology in this invention because it's just not a regular eye mask you warm in the microwave you are truly targeting the effects of chronic dry eyes and other age related issues I suffer mostly with chronic dry eyes and I appreciate the pressure suctions the warm soothing massaging effects for the lids and that was an unbeatable price I hope to keep this for years to come thinking about purchasing another one thank you again for your support and expertise. This product is by far one of the best pieces of technology that I have ever bought on Amazon. Firstly, I use it every night before I go to sleep and my favorite setting is automatic. It has been of tremendous help. The strain on my eyes has lessened, there is little or no burning, and my need for eye drops has decreased; additionally, the puffiness and dark circles are slowly disappearing. I am so pleased, that I came back and bought one for my sister, and she is just so in love with the product and its performance. I bought this eye massager with excitement over its potential to help with the awful dark circles below my eyes and overall eye heaviness/grittiness I wake up with every morning. I'm a graphic design and the dog-mom of a stubborn six-month old puppy, so between staring intently at screens all day and getting interrupted multiple times throughout the night, my eyes are suffering. I was looking specifically for a massager that has a cooling feature, and this was one of the only reasonable ones I found. I tore into the package as soon as it arrived, eager to experience some relief for the first time in many months. This contraption is truly absurd in its construction. As other negative reviews have mentioned, the folding mask doesn't lock into its open position, and that makes it difficult to maintain its structural integrity when strapped to your face. Everyone's face is different, and unfortunately the shape of mine means this mask digs terribly into the bridge of my nose. Even lying flat on my back, there's no way to sit this thing over my eyes in a comfortable way. It's loud. I didn't buy it with the intention of helping with migraines, but I would never in a million years use this if I had a headache/migraine. The "massager" doesn't actually do as advertised by way of a "pulsing" massage. The padded portion of the mask inflates to 2-3 different states and then releases the air. While the pressure does have potential, it's not what I signed on for and the constant whirring of the air compressor is the opposite of relaxing. And truly the most ridiculous thing of all, and something I was not expecting, is the eye pieces (the only part of the massager that gets cool/warm) are made of a HARD plastic. I've been suffering with migraines every day, for a year. Some days, they are so bad, it brings me to tears. I ordered this for myself last week. Tried it for the first-time last night. I was again in tears. Not for pain, but for the relief this product provided me. The price point is a little high, but the relief it gave me was priceless!! It was money well spent!! I've notvused this yet. It wasn't exactly what I thought. The sound comes from the front speaker, not like a quieter headset over the ear. So it's front over the eyes isn't a soft comfortable feel. Read more
