The media could not be loaded. I wish they would do something about the hinge. I keep accidentally breaking them. I decided I was done messing with them and tried several other brands but they either pinched closed my too small nose or they said "good bye" at the end of the cycle and woke me up. So I'm stuck with these that keep breaking and they also have no consistency. Every time I buy new ones they are too firm, or too gentle, or have different patterns, even month to month they are different. I just bought two at the same time and they both within two weeks acted like the battery was dying or like there was too much strain on the motor. One started making a beeping noise that is not the normal beep, the other just quit, it clicked like it was trying to work, but wouldn't. I have grown dependant on needing this to fall asleep. Without one I lay awake for hours. But if I use one, normally I run two or three cycles and I'm out. I just wish they had some QC and would do something about that hinge!!! Another update: I really like this brand, I've tried several others and they weren't nearly as good as this one, most of them were too heavy! I need this to fall asleep. I've bought several. They are more comfortable than they used to be, but now the hinge is so tight that if you don't open it at a snail's pace it will snap as easily as a twig. I've broken like three that way. I don't want to go through the hassle of more trial and error to find a different one. But I don't want to spend this much money to treat it like spun glass! Update: unfortunately as with all things my eye mask died. I got a ton of use out of it! So I purchased a new one, I am greatly disappointed the old one felt like it had many air pillows that inflated at different times. It got my temples, upper sinuses, lower sinuses, and eyes. This one only seemed to have two. One right between the eyes which I do like but then only one for all over. It doesn't get my sinuses or temples anymore. It's just kind of an all over pressure. Why ruin a good thing? I was talked into getting this, and at first I was sceptical, then I tried it. It's very soothing and relaxing, all the stress and tension went away. Using essential oils helps a bit as well. I have bad eyes and looking at my phone hurts them. I read my Kindle most of the day and after a while they get tired. When I used this it was like I hadn't used my eyes at all. The massage feels AMAZING! The heat is mild, just enough to be soothing. The only drawback is that the air passing through is loud, but the music helps drown it out. It came with a very short charger, but any micro USB will work. I love it. It's so relaxing! The only issue I have is I can't get the Bluetooth feature to work. Which isn't a big deal, it's not why I bought it. It would be nice to listen to soothing music while getting massaged though. The massager works amazing though. My husband even uses it. I may have to buy another one. 🤣 Read more

I was slow on the uptake and thought this actually massaged eyeballs, which I thought was bad for your eyes. I had to swipe to see more pictures to fully understand what this device did. Well? It does it well. It heats quickly, massages as best it can with the head strap as a counter force, and it's comfortable to wear. You charge it by folding the goggles in half to expose the port. I don't think the battery light actually shows the percentage of battery, just a blue light when it's charged, and blinking light when charging. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. Read more
