Thinking about returning it. List of reasons why: - the fact I have to connect my phone EVERYTIME just to turn OFF the loud, cheesy spa music - the "vibration" is just itty bitty TAPS that annoy more than relax - sometimes, the machine itself will just freeze up after a few minutes of use (and this is after only 2 days of using it) The heat and compression are nice but I think I can get a better massage with a hot compress and rubbing my own temples.
