This massaging kit really had me surprised. After my first use, I felt really groggy and ready to sleep. This covers the top half of your face and it massages what's around your eye. This is an important distinction because what it's really doing is that this is massaging your nerves while you listen to relaxing music. I recommend you try this if you are looking for a way to sleep easier. This will help without a doubt. It makes me groggy every time I use it. Something I wasn't expecting. Thinking about returning it. List of reasons why: - the fact I have to connect my phone EVERYTIME just to turn OFF the loud, cheesy spa music - the "vibration" is just itty bitty TAPS that annoy more than relax - sometimes, the machine itself will just freeze up after a few minutes of use (and this is after only 2 days of using it) The heat and compression are nice but I think I can get a better massage with a hot compress and rubbing my own temples. I can see how this might even help someone sleep, as it blocks out light and when connected to bluetooth, it can play soothing music. There are five modes accessible through one button and it folds up nicely for storage. The head strap is completely adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
