This is an important distinction because what it's really doing is that this is massaging your nerves while you listen to relaxing music. Thinking about returning it. List of reasons why: - the fact I have to connect my phone EVERYTIME just to turn OFF the loud, cheesy spa music - the "vibration" is just itty bitty TAPS that annoy more than relax - sometimes, the machine itself will just freeze up after a few minutes of use (and this is after only 2 days of using it) The heat and compression are nice but I think I can get a better massage with a hot compress and rubbing my own temples. Overall, the machine is very flawed and I would not recommend this purchase to anyone. Read more
