These scissors work great!!! I prefer these to the electric ones as I feel there is less chance of cutting too much (for the total amateur!). If you like the "no eyebrow" look, these are not the ones for you. You can get close to the skin but they will leave some of the eyebrow there. I would recommend these to anyone. Read more

It is rare for me to write an immediate review when receiving a product, but I am actually impressed with this product. The title of my review is the important part. Don't immediately tear into the packaging the scissors come in. Read the back. I actually peeled and saved directions just to remind myself with future uses. The quality is great ~ they are sharp ~ easy to use ~ grip and size are standard. Now the important parts. Follow pictures on comb/blade position! You can go from left to right or right to left without flipping. The most important thing to remember is to go slow only trimming a tiny bit at the top end as you comb up. That's where your control is. It starts separating and lifting hair visually before you are at the top. It can seem so easy and effortless, so I'm glad I slowed myself down. This is the world's most foolish design. Once you place your fingers through the holes to operate the scissors, it is not possible to twist your hand at any angle to reach your eyebrows to cut them. The cutter can never be positioned parallel with your eyebrows. Only at some crazed angle you won't be able to use the cutter. It is a physical impossibility. I've never seen anything stupider in my life. This literally cannot be used. Throw it away. You've wasted your money for nothing. Read more

So I can’t necessarily leave a good review because I disliked the bluntness it left on my eyebrows. Which, maybe it’s just because I’m not used to it.. it’s not for me. So, I have given it to my boyfriend to use to trim his beard. It did a great job for both purposes. But I wouldn’t personally use it again. They look great and I’d love to keep them in a bag to just whip out if I liked how my eyebrows looked trimmed lol. They’re great quality, so my stars aren’t because they’re trash. It’s just because they are not for me, and I’d rather provide someone else the opportunity to see that they do cause bluntness.. which again, may be normal. I have thin, LONG eyebrow hairs I had to tame through the day. But as I've aged, they started growing in all directions which is common. I hated cutting any of them, but after I used this...Im happy I did! Yeah, they are thinner now....but I simply take a small dry, cake eyeliner brush, lightly swirl it on top of the dry, cake eyeliner, and gently and lightly fill in any gaps. This works for me!!!!
