My doctor recommended EyePromise for my dry eyes. I’ve been using it for about a month and have seen an improvement. I no longer have to use eye drops 4 times a day, usually twice a day will suffice. The capsules look big but are easy to swallow and don’t have a taste. My only complaint is the cost. I wish it was a bit cheaper but will continue using it since it seems to be working. Read more

I rarely ever write an Amazon review but this product made such a positive impact on my life that I just had to review it! I moved to a high desert area of the United States 3 years ago and immediately started having a burning sensation in one eye. I was pregnant at the time so I thought it was hormonal. I went to an ophthalmologist who just told me to use gel drops during the day and I ointment at night. I did that for years but it never worked. This year I spent $600 on home humidifiers, was still doing the drops and the ointment, but nothing was working and I was getting really desperate for relief. We even started looking into installing a home humidifier system which would have cost several thousands of dollars. As a last ditch effort, I ordered this and immediately started to feel relief within days of taking two gels per day! We haven't had burning eye sensation in several weeks and it's still the thick of winter in the high desert. I can't describe how good it feels to not have a constant burning sensation in my eye!
