Very happy with the design and quality. Have been testing one in cold weather and is fine in subfreezing situation. Looks very well made. Well packaged but when you take them out of the box they can kind of fall out so make sure you don't throw away the packaging before assembly so you don't loose anything. Easy to assemble. It goes together kind of like putting a battery in a flashlight. No off switch, just loosen if you don't want it to come on at night for some reason. Read more

These are adorable.I gave them 4 stars so far for good clear instructions, being very well packed in trays, no missing parts or signs of prior use. 1.2 volt, 250mAh, rechargable Ni-Cd AAA batteries are shipped inside the gray plastic mounting stems. The mfg date on the batteries is 202406, so they are close to 2 years old. I'm little worried about the battery age. Hence the four stars, also there was glue & a bit of paper residue at the edge of one solar panel that I very carefully cleaned off. All of the lights lit when I tested them. They are charging in the sun & will be placed outside tonight. This purchase is the most I've ever spent for solar path lights. Over the years I've had 3 sets (of 6 lights each) of very inexpensive solar path lights from bargain & Dollar Stores. Some lights cost me as little as 88¢ each. I put them out only for spring/summer. When the weather turned cold I would take them down & store them. The longest use I had was 3 summers, the least - barely one summer. These lights are set up differently than any of my previous lights. Prior lights had an on off switch and a rechargable battery wired directly underneath a solar panel, the housing of which would twist onto a glass or plastic reflector. There is no on/off switch to these lights and the battery is inside the plastic mounting post which screws directly into the clear plastic (maybe Lucite(?) little mushroom top. They turned out better than expected. There was a chance they would be too small or cheesy but they are nice sized and pretty cool looking. If you think it's something you would like, I think you will be happy with them. Read more

This product has great quality. I have had 3 stepped on or hit by a car. I had to super glue the stake back from 2 to 1 piece. No problems other than customer induced. I failed to mention, I have purchased two packages each for the white an multi-colored lights. I may have to purchase more before I’m finished. Read more
