This is a great cardigan, love the white with black piping on it and it’s made very well. It sits just above the hip bone on me. And the sizing is good. It’s not super thin but not thick either so more of a keep you warm spring night type of cardigan. Very versatile as far as wearing alone, with a blouse or over a dress. I like the style of the cardigan as well and as far as washing it has held up to hand washing and laying out to dry. Read more

I ordered this Ezbelle Women's Cardigan Sweater V Neck Knit to wear over my summer sundresses as we transition into a cooler fall season. This sweater is made from 100 rayon; the knit is lightweight but not super stretchy. I ordered this in black; it comes in a range of six colors, including green, red, navy, white, and yellow. The black sweater has white piping around the vee neck, waistband, and cuffs. It’s slightly cropped, hitting me above the waistline, and I’m fairly short waisted. I’ve been looking for a light sweater that can help me wear summer weight dresses into the fall; this cardigan is perfect for warm fall days, and can be used as a layer on cooler days, too. It’s great over my favorite black and white sundress; the cardigan covers the straps and the dress now looks more appropriate for office wear. The dark sweater takes my summery dresses into the fall season; later this fall, I can even add a dark tight and boots to the mix. I ordered this in a size L based on the size chart; I usually wear a M tee and a L button down, and the L fits well. It is slightly gappy when buttoned, but my bust measurement is a touch larger than the chest measurement in the size chart. I usually wear cardigans unbuttoned anyway, but if you’re at the top of a size measurement wise, maybe consider ordering up if you’re planning to wear this buttoned. Otherwise, this fits well. The deep vee neck and the double horizontal lines at the waistband are figure flattering; I have an hourglass figure, and the vee neck minimizes my kind of busty top and shows my small waist nicely. The slightly shorter length looks great over dresses with natural waistlines as well as unstructured, tee shirt style dresses. The waistband gives definition to my looser, tee style dresses. The only thing I don’t love about this sweater is the buttons; the gold tone is slightly brassy. The buttons aren’t a big deal, but they’re a bit cheaper looking; the rest of the sweater has a nicely classic feel. I’m thinking I might swap the buttons out, either for a plain black button or maybe for a fun vintage look from my notions collection. At the current price ($19.99) I think this delivers a lot of value. It’s a versatile wardrobe piece that can be worn with everything from dresses and skirts to jeans and shorts. You can dress this up or down, it rolls up easily to throw in your carry bag in case the office is chilly, it’s great for a getaway weekend because you can wear it over almost anything. For under $20, it’s a wardrobe staple I know I’ll wear over and over again. I always find dressing for fall in NYC tricky: it feels like it’s still vacation weather, with temperatures in the 80s and 90s, but the calendar says fall. I like the combination of the lightweight knit and the darker color; whether on its own or over a lightweight summer dress or skirt, this cardigan is comfortable in the heat, and can be used as a layer as temperatures cool. I don’t like this sweater. I can’t quite put my finger on what’s wrong with it, but everything is just… off. I think the stitching is the main problem. Seams aren’t quite lining up how they should, and the sweater is uneven, it was sewn wonky and one side kind of bulges out a bit. The strip with the buttons holes does not lay flat when buttoned up, it ripples a lot, but not because it doesn’t fit, it’s a construction issue. It just looks not so great over all. Material is fine, I think it’s rayon. This just seems like it was made in a sweat shop. It just isn’t very well constructed. I’m also tall-ish (5’9”), on occasion long sleeve shirts are a bit short in the arms on me, but this cardigan is super short in the arms- I look completely ridiculous, this is probably 3-4” shorter in the arms than your average sweater. UPDATE: I’m changing my three stars to four. The sweater is imperfect, but once you’ve worn it you can’t really tell too much, and honestly considering I’ve been actively wearing this, my original review seems too salty. I really just wear this open to cover my shoulders at work, and it’s comfy and does the job for that. If you want to wear it buttoned though, it does look funky and cheap. Read more
This cute v-neck cardigan is exactly what my closet needed! The color is a beautiful, rich navy blue- and it pairs well with nearly any outfit. I can wear it over a blouse to the office, with a nice dress out to dinner or even with just plain jeans and a plain white tee shirt. This sweater has that classic, flattering, feminine fit and timeless style that looks good whenever and wherever. It feels great against my skin, and it doesn't add bulk to my silhouette. One of my favorite things about this cardigan is the shape of the sleeves. There is a certain elegance in the way that the sleeves puff out at the shoulders and at the cuffs- almost like a peasant sleeve or a bishop sleeve style. This creates a lovely bit of volume as well as curve in the shape of the arms that just looks so pretty. And it makes my wrists look so slender. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! Read more
