Just what I needed!
We grind pills for our dogs and mix them in their noms. We had a grinder just like this one and it has lasted for years with daily use but finally gave it up. After reading the feedback, I was hesitant to buy it again and ended up with three other duds. When we got this one, it is a tiny bit different...the teeth don't meet together completely....but it still grinds exactly as before. There are a few tiny chunks but most of the pills are powdered. Also, we like that it doesn't need to be turned several times to screw it on & off. If you want 100% powder, then get an electric grinder. This one does the job just fine for us...and it can handle large pills. The grinders with the smooth mechanism can't handle large pills at all. Read more
