The remote is good but be aware, no strap is included. The one you buy with the collars does have a strap but ordering a second remote, no strap. I find this odd and it should be specified. Update: I ordered the second remote separate from the three collar package I bought. I am very disappointed in the quality of these remotes. The first one I had to return and get a replacement because it did not work. The second one, arrived great, but now does not work. I am just returning it for a refund.
