Such awesome resistance bands, they are soft well made and do not slip when doing various exercises. I love using them to add extra resistance to my hip thrusts, clamp shells or donkey kicks to help grow my glutes and strengthen my thighs. These are preferable to latex bands for sure! Something I find annoying is that the relative weight of the bands is labeled only on the "carrying bag," which is just a plastic bag that honestly looks disposable, and not the bands themselves, so good luck if you pull them out of the bag without memorizing that first. These resistance bands are extraordinarily well constructed, and I would venture to say they have more resistance than any others that I’ve owned. I noticed that I got a good workout with the light so I can only imagine the resistance with the heavy. They come with a cute mesh storage bag to keep you organized after the burn! These resistance bands are great for getting a little work out in, especially when traveling somewhere that lacks gym equipment. They don't stretch out after extended use and don't roll up or down when you're using them. And the bag makes it easier to pack them in a suitcase or carry on. Read more

These are really nice yoga bands. I got these both for exercise and for PT at home to use in lieu of latex loops I was given. I have a latex sensitivity, and not having latex in contact with my skin is important in preventing itching and redness.
