Not sharp like others have said the only sharp place is the tip. I cut myself twice only because of human error not the blade's fault. It shaved off all of my hair including my eyebrows. However, the blades are very sharp, so you need to be extra careful, especially if you’re new to dermaplaning. A small safety cover or better grip design would make them even better.
