They taste alright, and honestly, I’ve realized they’re not really going to give you a stronger jawline. That said, the gum itself is pretty nice to have while I’m working from home. I usually chew for about half an hour, and it actually helps stimulate my salivary glands, which keeps my mouth feeling fresh and healthy. I’ve been regularly chewing the gum since a few weeks, I like how its customizable in strength through the number of pieces you chose to chew at a time. 3 pcs is working for me, and my husband likes to chew 5pcs. It’s definitely a face workout; I started to see some definition in my face. It obviously needs regular use for long term results, so don’t expect immediate miracles.
