I dont understand how to use it, was supposed to be compared to angel lift but its 3 times thicker and fills your whole mouth up to point of pain when used like theirs. I think its a nonsense product created to take your money for nothing in return but a non-useable item. If on the other hand you put only part of it in your mouth and tense your mouth around it, it will literally create the very wrinkles around the lips your trying to avoid and repair so....... ? This came in a nice sealed package, but there were no instructions on how to actually use it. I thought it would like be an angel lift that you would wear at night? However, I guess...since it's called a facial EXERCISER then I assume you actually bite on it that flexes it to lift the corners of your mouth and exercises the muscles? Am I stupid? Was I duped?
