First, the quality of this product is very good. The tools are packed with care and included detail instructions. Popped them in the freezer and used next morning after applying moisturizer. What a wonderful facial. No exaggeration, after two mornings of this facial, my skin was so soft and looked better. Really happy I got this product. I let them warm up just a bit before using and, because I apply moisturizer first, I always wash with soap and water after using. Read more

It comes in a beautiful packaging tied in a bow..and it has its own storage container to keep in fridge..when using make sure to use a carrier oil like Vitamin E..it does just what it says it does..expect to see results in about a week..the chill from being in a fridge feels so good on your tired puffy eyes and it will de-puff your eyes..hope you're as happy with them as I am... I have chronic sinus problems which results in waking with hot, puffy eyes. I've used refrigerated cans of soda for years to ease the heat. I didn't think a frozen item would be tolerable, but it is.
