I have only carried it twice, but have already received compliments. It's lovely. Just the right size. Not too small and not too big. It carries everything I need, including a tablet. The zipper quality is very good, the choice of straps is perfect, both are comfortable. The complaints about the smell is ridiculous. Why are people so pretentious? Anyway, I like it very much. I took a chance ordering this bag from a brand I'd never heard of. But I wanted this camel-brown color and the one Rosetti bag I'd seen in camel-brown with a similar design was way overpriced. The vinyl or "faux leather" of this bag is thicker than the Rosetti's I've had, so a bit stiff, but should soften with use. It has a good quality liner - the fabric liner inside the bag is also thicker than the Rosetti's I've had, so the bag overall will hold its shape longer. The faux-leather on the outside has a slightly "distressed" look (on purpose) and the strap has an embroidered band. The embroidery is an attractive touch, but if this becomes my go-to everyday bag, chances are the threads will fray over time, and that will be problematic. One other thing that's strange about this bag is the extra, longer shoulder strap that came with it, intended to make the bag versatile for use as a cross-body bag. The extra strap has no hardware for you to quickly attach the strap to the bag! So in order to use the longer shoulder strap, you'd have to remove the shorter embroidered strap entirely, and remove its hardware (!) entirely, then fuss with assembling everything on the longer strap. Unlike most other versatile bags, because of this situation, you cannot have both straps attached to the bag at the same time. I don't know what design "genius" thought this would be practical. Unless the longer strap was supposed to come with hardware, but the one I received was missing those pieces? Other than this ridiculousness, the bag itself is very nice, and it has ample compartments for what I'll be carrying with me, including my new 7" Kindle Paperwhite, cell phone in a hard Otterbox case, small notebook, hard eyeglass case, wallet, etc. However, if you need a true cross-body bag, this isn't for you. Was looking forever for a purse and found this one to my amazement. It has many pockets, lightweight and very sturdy. Loved it so much was going to purchase another color until now. Problem is as you can see by pictures after 2 weeks when exchange/return date expired, the color on all four bottom corners started to wear away. A stunning hobo bag which I knew was vegan leather but didn't expect it to wear out after 5 -6 weeks of use. Read more
