Works well, suction can be very strong and hard to get water out, also the nozzle spout can taste like plastic possibly because the kids enjoy chewing on it. But overall it's a winner Read more
Great cup but not for chewers.
Feels quality, cute and I like the finish. The nozzle could be more durable. The spout is rubber instead of hard plastic so definitely not for chewers. My 5 year old has already destroyed it but I’ll probably reorder the same one and hope he learned not to. Very comparable to yeti kid cups that we have in all ways except the spout. Read more
Poor quality and customer service
Do not buy this product. The rubber on it split. I reached out via Amazon to the company and have not heard anything from them. My nephew is almost 5 years old. He was so excited to get a new water bottle. He's only used it a couple times. We do not put it in the dishwasher. Clearly subpar quality and poor customer service. I went to their website directly. It says to keep in touch and says they are open M-F but there is no email address or phone number. Read more
