I absolutely love this mattress cover!! First of all the packaging came nicely sealed and shipping was fast. When I opened it there was no smell but I did wash it in cold water and dry in delicate setting, washing it does not damage it in any way. It’s so soft and fluffy!! I have a very thick top mattress and it fits perfectly giving enough room for a bit thicker mattress. The cover material is very good quality and nice design, it provides mattress protection and heat for cold nights and coolness for summer. When I sleep on it it’s soooo comfortable and my bed went from firm to soft and my back feels so much better!! First off, I have a pretty firm mattress. When I put this product on, it turned it into the softest, comfiest, coziest bed ever!! I've only had this product on my bed for about a week, but it has literally given me the best sleep I've ever had in my life. I've machine washed it once and I followed the washing instructions on the tag, it came out of the washer and dryer without any issue. Fits on the bed beautifully because the elastic and fabric that goes around the sides of the mattress and hooks underneath is nice and deep, and so far, it has not moved or shifted at all while sleeping (and my partner is a crazy sleeper, like remake the bed from scratch every morning kind of crazy sleeper). I also love the hexagon pattern, rather than the normal squares. The hexagons are bigger than I expected, which effectively means that you don't have as many seams to contend with. Because of the larger design, I notice I don't feel the seams nearly as much when laying on this, which makes it more comfortable. Also, for anyone that has to have a firm bed for health reasons, this product doesn't ruin the support of a firm bed. I get migraines if I sleep on anything soft, and even though this product adds some cushion to the top of the bed, I still get the firmness factor of my mattress and it has not caused any migraines.
