Perfect. Funny insert instructions. ASAP (Measure them first) at home
I’ll keep the review simple. They come vacuum sealed so they’re flat because the air was taken out. The moment you take it out they start to fluff up, They also come with instructions to make them expand quicker if you don’t wanna wait a day or so. Say you can either puff them up by hand or let them sit outside for a day or so for them to fill with air expand. What I did was follow the instructions and put them in the dryer For 10 minutes instead of 15 and they perked up instantly. The appearance look nice it’s comfortable and 100% cotton. I really like the Touch Of personality with the little instruction pamphlet included. Given the impressions the pillows are real people waiting for you to buy them. Nothing negative to say because they are inserts. I also like the fact that the Amazon vendor in the store itself gave you a tip, which you never see. Buying 2 inches of an insert bigger than the actual cover. The reason for this? Let’s say you bought a 20 x 20 insert but your covers are 18 x 18. This allows you to fill it 100% and it looks more inviting and puffy rather than mushy pillows. Give it a more luxurious look and feel. Because it stays firm. I already knew about this beforehand, but it was nice that a vendor took the time to give you a tip. My first couple purchased with another manufacturer. I was buying the exact same sizes and they were not filling in or they felt too mushy up until I looked it up online and realized that I need to buy inserts that are 2 inches larger than the cover. So pick your desired pillow size, then buy an insert 2 inches larger! That’s it you’re done. Just do a little bit of research so this one is a cotton one which is more breathable. The fact that the manufacturer took the time to not only give you the tips on fluffing them quicker as well as the tip on the inserts and cover really makes the vendor stand out as having good faith and actually caring about his job and what they sell. Images I uploaded don't do it justice, keep in mind that as more time passes, the pillows will eventually fill up the cover more than what you see in my images. I would recommend that after you have everything inside the cover, its much easier if you have a second person hold the cover while you insert it little by little and then have them squeeze the cover in the center (semi squeeze) push the rest of the inserts down and then run the zipper like normal. Squeeze the pillow directly in the center once everything is inserted, you can easily run the zipper without it snagging on anything. UPDATE: 9/4/2023 verything in my review still stands however, I was a little disappointed when I finally used them on Friday night I started, realizing they were squishing very rapidly, unlike the other ones that maintain their firmness that was a whole point of buying a 20x20 insert for an 18x18 leather cover. you always go two sizes up to keep the pillow, firm and not squish. In my case I have a leather one, not basic material, so it stands out instantly. Ivan went on the website to make sure that I got the correct size including my leather cover and everything was correct. However, when I saw some people reviewing items saying that they were getting sent the incorrect sizes, I decided to take the pillow inserts out and measure them. They sent me 18 x 18 which is the same size as the leather cover. I should've noticed it instantly because they came in and out very rapidly, which is normally an indicator It's the same size. This defeats the purpose of going two sizes larger because you want the whole pillow to stay firm and strong, as well as inviting and avoid the mushy effect. I ended up having to return the item because I did not want to risk the vendor sending me an incorrect one again. And went with a model that I previously bought a couple times that always sent me the correct one. I noticed in few reviews, people were saying they kept getting the incorrect size. Either way everything I said about the company still stands, and most likely is just a logistic issue. I'm just very pressed for time having family coming over by Tuesday next week and they would not be able to send it to me any earlier. I was very positive in my review originally because once I put the inserts which are the same size as the cover, they look puffy and big, and then I sat them down never used it because I was working, when Friday night came and I started laying on them. I noticed they were basically crushing and becoming mushy and not holding firmness. they were basically molding itself to my body wherever I laid on them or if I crush them with my hand, this doesn't happen if you buy inserts that are two times bigger than the cover because everything is completely filled in.
