Great noodle shaver!
REAL shaved noodles are hard to come by. Haven't had any outside China. This cutter, water, and a bag of high-gluten fine-milled flour is all you need! Maybe a lil crunchy garlic chili oil... My reco is this - shave them into a second pot of cold water until you have as many as you need. THEN put them all in the boiling water at the same time for even cooking. Also - a cheap lil wooden cheese board is perfect for the base to hold the noodle dough. Good luck! Read more
