We have had this umbrella and used it for over 4 years. I love that it has a reflective stripe so cars can see my daughter when she is walking in traffic and I feel like the reflective stripe is a must for safety purposes! This umbrella is very sturdy for protection against normal wind. I don’t know about 90 mile per hour winds but it has held up in normal rain and wind storms for us. It is small in size and will fit in your bag but it opens up to around 46 and 1/2 inches.
