I bought this for my middle school daughter who is currently doing a lot of school work via computer during this time of COVID. I wanted something comfortable, but not too comfy. This seems to fit the bill. Assembly was easy enough. I don't know why other reviews are talking bad about the legs, there was nothing hard about it. Took about 25-30 minutes taking my time and on the floor. Only had a problem getting one screw started, but when it did start, it threaded easily. Maybe I wasn't holding my tongue right! I bought this chair to go with my desk from ikea. I was using a simple $10 fold up chair and had to replace it because it was helping increase my low back pain. I bought this chair to replace that one and it has been worth every penny. I suffer from low back pain and since doing all my school work at home and being in the chair for a 3 hour class over zoom this chair has helped me to be able to sit comfortably for my class. My back is not bothering me I can sit in it with no problem. This chair has great lumbar support with a nice cushioned seat plus the arm rest makes it that much more comfortable when watching zoom. It was a little difficult to put together by myself the hardest part was the arm rest I managed to get it put together in about 45 to 60 minutes by myself. Read more

I assembled this chair last night and it was pretty fast and simple to do. The only issue that I have is that the chair does not raise, lower or tilt. I followed the instructions to a tee and it won’t work. I emailed the manufacturer to see if they can help troubleshoot, so hopefully that goes well. Other than that, the chair is nice and comfortable and easy to assemble. I just hope that my issue can be resolved soon! **9/18/25 UPDATE** I emailed the manufacturer and they were no help!
