The office chair I have used for 15 years finally fell apart and I needed a new one quick. I chose this chair because it was inexpensive (in case I wanted something more expensive when I had more time to shop) and it has good reviews. PROS: It is inexpensive and after a little break-in comfortable. It was easy to assemble and seems to be very good quality, particularly at this price point. CONS: At the lowest setting the seat is still too high for me to use the inline skate wheels I want to use on my glass floor mat. If I install them, my feet don't reach the floor. The bolster at the front of the seat (under my knees) was very stiff and uncomfortable at first but with use the chair is getting more comfortable. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and doubt I will be looking for a replacement any time soon. UPDATE (11/12/25): I have used this chair daily for 5-months and want to post an update. PROS: Seat has become more comfortable with use. The bolster under my knees has softened up. CONS: The padding for the arms has all but collapsed. It doesn't make the arms uncomfortable, it's just annoying that there are now indentations (all the way down to the frame of the arms) where my elbows and forearms rest. Other than that, the chair (seat and back) is holding up to daily use, and I can still recommend the chair as an inexpensive option. Read more

The chair itself is nice it’s very comfy and the cushion is definitely there. I had a wheel come in missing the part that attaches it to the chair so I had to pull one off my old chair and use it. The holes they put into the side for the arm piece weren’t cut right and also there’s too much cushion so I had to really press into it while I was putting the screws in. And then same for the back part of the chair there is way too much cushion so I had trouble putting on the last two screws wasn’t something I could just do I had to adjust it. It doesn’t roll well but I’m on carpet BUT the connectors for the wheels they don’t stay in place so sometimes my wheels end up on their side when they shouldn’t be Read more

I have a lot of issues with sciatica, and finding a desk chair that provides proper support has been a challenge, especially for long periods of time. I shall search no more. The seat is a perfect length and width that I am able to sit all the way back in the seat, and my back is able to comfortably rest against the back of the chair. I’m no longer sitting in a hunched forward position which was a definite strain on my back. Since I’m able to comfortably sit in the chair, my body overall is much more relaxed, so at the end of the day im not dealing with full body tension. This chair gets high praise from me, which I don’t dish out regularly. The craftsmanship of the chair is solid, it was easy to follow the picture directions to assemble it, and I had no issues in assembling it. It’s sturdy, it adjusts easily, and when you set the height you want, it holds, not like some other desk chairs I’ve invested in. The chair is comfortable overall, the lumbar support surely beated my expectations. After assembly everyone experiences back pain (unless you work out like crazy) and when I finally finished putting it together I sat on the chair I just completed building, of course, and the back pain almost entirely, went away just from how comfy the lumbar support is. Nevertheless, the chair is on the lower end price wise, so don't expect a resort in Maldives quality, when you're paying for holiday inn. It is what it is, I'm hoping it lasts until the end of the year at least, Nothing lasts long term anyway anymore, so why would this differ? The instructions are quite confusing, a video tutorial I found on Amazon was more helpful I don't get why they can't just write it out in simple written steps. The graphics showed it takes 20 minutes to assemble. That's a LIE. It takes more like an hour, I was working slow and it took me 1:40 with help. The holes are poorly designed, they could've done a better job properly cutting the cushion material around the holes so you can spot them easily, otherwise you wind up screwing around it and damaging the upholstery. Which was rather frustrating. For me this was rather easy to assemble until connecting the back with the seat. Once I got to that part that's when you run into problems and going in circles. Here's an important tip that the tutorial taught me: Always start with the wheels, and build your way up, also connect the armrests to the chair loosely, (not too loose, take your time) loose enough to allow the back component to slide in to the chair, lay it down flat, connect one of the nuts on each side, (this can be slightly tighter) once that's done, gently tilt the back component upward and if you've connected it right it should stay that way, and now you can continue to tighten everything. The wheels are nice, my old chair had terrible rusty wheels that woke up the dead, so this was a smoother transition from that. This chair reclines, but it doesn't lean back too far, so if that's non negotiable for you, this might be a deal breaker, if the chair wasn't comfortable enough I would've likely returned it. So far I'm pretty satisfied with the overall comfort, but I don't expect this to last too long. I'll try to update in the future. Read more

Good chair at a good price point. Comfortable, high backed, tensioner works well as does the height adjuster. Only caveat I would give is one of the assembly screws was the wrong diameter but since they provided spares I had no issues. And that's why spares are provided. If I need another chair like this, I would definitely buy this one again. Read more
