Great material. Very soft, breathable, and slightly thicker than your average store bought child underwear. Nice waistband and soft leg holes that are not too tight. The patterns are simple and adorable. My daughter is 4.5 years old and petite with a height of 35" tall and weight of 27 lbs. She is thin and was wearing a 2/3 T in her current store bought character underwear. She needed just a tad bit more room so I ordered a 3 in these and they work perfect. She has a little room to grow, but they are not too big. She typically wears a 3 in all her clothing so I'd recommend buying the size that your child wears in their clothes. We bought these for my daughter once she was potty trained at 2 years old. She was wearing a 12-18 month bottom and the size 2 in this panty fit well, especially when compared to other brands which were huge. These don't get saggy and stretched out, fits low on her waist, soft, cute prints. It's been over a year now and we still love these because they still fit. I bought these in 5T to match the 5T undershirts I got my four-year-old granddaughter. She typically wears a 4T but based on the reviews I sized up. Too tight around her upper legs. I bought these for my Granddaughter and when the first of two packages came she tried one on. It was slightly large but very soft and cute. As with all new underwear I put them all in the washer using cold water. My granddaughter is tall and slim. After washing they were so tight around her legs they left a mark.
