I’ve been using this faithfully for about 5 weeks and my carpal tunnel symptoms have dramatically decreased. In July I had reached the point where I was experiencing pain at night that was disrupting my sleep, and my hands were tingling and numb during the day, so off to the doctor I went. I am a 67 yr old retiree, and most of my career was in management sitting at a desk and PC. I also was a semi professional keyboardist for nearly 10 years in my younger days, and I still play often for my own enjoyment, so I was actually surprised I had lived this long without any carpal tunnel symptoms. The doctor advised me to get night braces like these that go over your thumb and have the flat metal pieces for support. I was also told to ice, and use ibuprofen around the clock for probably a few months to get rid of these problems. I’ve been following her recommendations and the symptoms are about 90% resolved!
