Difficult to use …One correction

This brace is very difficult to put in without help. I tried everything - it was even difficult for my husband to put on my arm. Also I did not like the way it was shipped - in the products box and the shipping label was applied to the front of it - so now the original box is ruined. Not sure why the supplier does if the product is return but I guess that is really not my problem. It seems as though now when ordering in certain situations you have to pay attention and indicate in amazon packaging - I personally do not like this so will pay close attention going forward. I thought the concept of this product was great but it does not help at all with alleviating pain. Yes, when you put the warm or cold pack in the designated section, you feel it and it eases the pain for a bit but as soon as that’s done with, the pain returns. The compression does not help at all.
