It's adjustable so easily fits any size arm. Since it comes with two ice/hot packs, it makes it easy to switch them out without waiting for one to get cold again. The brace holds the cold gel pack in place without discomfort. The velcro straps help adjust the compression needed. This brace isn't flimsy, very sturdy and effective for bicep tendonitis. Read more

This brace is very difficult to put in without help. I tried everything - it was even difficult for my husband to put on my arm. Also I did not like the way it was shipped - in the products box and the shipping label was applied to the front of it - so now the original box is ruined. Not sure why the supplier does if the product is return but I guess that is really not my problem. It seems as though now when ordering in certain situations you have to pay attention and indicate in amazon packaging - I personally do not like this so will pay close attention going forward. CORRECTION - there are two sleeves on the inside …one closed pocket for the ice/hot pack …and an open/sleeve to start by sliding on your arm…Still can’t get it on by myself … Read more
Fits around bicep only. Nifty idea to use on bicep. Will not fit to close to shoulder. Look at picture to check position you need hot or cold therapy. Read more
I thought the concept of this product was great but it does not help at all with alleviating pain. Yes, when you put the warm or cold pack in the designated section, you feel it and it eases the pain for a bit but as soon as that’s done with, the pain returns. The compression does not help at all. Ended up buying a compression sleeve which worked wonders instead. Will be returning this. The quality is great must say. Read more
Perfect. I found out my tendons separated from my shoulder this simple band has eliminated my pain of 6 years. If anyone has a “Popeye” arm that hurts, bulging and getting bruised looking, get this immediately. 65 yer old active woman approved! The band is easy to put on, you can apply how much pressure with the Velcro straps. I promise I am not a paid endorsement. This actually works .
