The smell is a bit strong the first week. Being advertised as "Small Spaces Air Freshener" i didn't expect it to be so strong. I purchased these for a half bathroom and my work office. Needless to say, the scent filled each room QUICKLY. I personally don't mind because it smells great. But if you are someone that's sensitive to smells, this may not be for you. Love this Linen & Sky fragrance! It's fresh without being cloyingly sweet. I don't quite know how to describe the scent - - - linen & sky doesn't really tell you much other than that it's a fresh scent. It's not flowery, sweet or fruity - - - it's just fresh - - - sorta like that smell of laundry you just took out of the dryer. To me, I don't necessarily want my rooms to smell like fruit or spices so this fresh smell is perfect. Personal preference, but I like scents to be light and in the background rather than hit you in the face as soon as you walk in so to me, the strength of this is a bit strong. I remedy this by placing it in my trash cans under the liner. It stays clean even in the trash can because it's under the liner, and the scent just wafts through the area without being front and center and too strong. I have these in the trash cans in every one of our bathrooms and the can in our laundry room as well. It's just over a month and the aroma is still perfect. The trash cans are Simple Human step on cans, so it's also nice that you get a nice whiff whenever the can opens/closes. * * just a side note: When you initially activate the dispenser by flipping the tab to puncture the product, you will notice an immediate and surprising drastic drop in the level of the liquid. This is apparently normal, as the liquid is being initially absorbed by the dispenser. Once this happens that first time, it stabilizes and the level will then drop slowly as it diffuses as needed. So for starters I popped one right after it came in Left it in my room which is not a very large room. My room is definitely larger than a bathroom. The smell was overwhelming. Not necessarily a bad thing but too much even for a room that is larger than a bathroom. I got them to counteract the smell of my roommates litter boxes. I decided to take it upon myself and put it in the room that it houses three litter boxes. Needless to say the entire house now smells fresh when you walk into the litter box room especially it smells like freshness and not cat pee. I do not think these are suitable for a bathroom, if they were in something as small as a bathroom being generally the smallest room in any home or apartment it would be way too much. Don't get me wrong they smell great I'm loving the fact that I don't have to smell cat urine right now. But if this was put into a bathroom it would kind of knock you out sent wise when you walked in. If there is another way to distribute the scent in a lighter way, such as less distribution of the scent it would be perfect but it is too much if you're going to go for something to make your bathroom smell fresh I recommend the following, funk away. It eats the odors and puts out a mild scent. I know they have the febreze that you stick under your trash can lid to make your trash smell fresh, I would even recommend using that in the bathroom stuck underneath your toilet tank. But these are way too much smell for a small place as there is a three-bedroom house with a living room and a family room that absolutely reeks a freshness right now. Great smell, they’re tiny/palm sized, they definitely last a good amount. I believe it says one lasts 45 days but for us it only lasted about 20-25 days, you can see the difference between day 1 and when it stopped releasing scent. I assume it’s still releasing something but it’s not noticeable. Very easy to ‘flip on’, and it made our entire 1 br apartment smell so clean, it was amazing. I highly recommend and I do love that it comes with 4, so although one doesn’t last 45 days, you have 4 to use before needing to buy more. Read more
This came very gast I love that, and welled packed - as soon i open it it smelled strong and for long hours- maybe on the third day the smell starts getting weaker- but you can still catch it - they are good enough for a period of time greay for value as they have a strong smell A bit small - bigger size will be amazing the watermelon and lavanda up my favorites so I did liked them Read more
Thought I was purchasing the same scent I already had from a sample, but this is not it! Three stars for the small packaging so I can easily place in spots to make a room smell better as well as a strong enough scent to be enjoyed, but minus two stars for this particular scent. Reminds me of a diaper pail smell. Read more
We actually use these in our cars as air fresheners. Just put on under the seat and no one knows it’s even there but smells soooo good!! Regular car air fresheners fade way too fast, these last quite awhile. They haven’t leaked in our experience, super easy to use. And they smell amazing!! The watermelon!🍉 oh my goodness!!!!
