I despise the smell of Febreeze products but needed help getting rid of the awful chemical smell of a new polypropylene rug, so I decided to give this unscented version a try. To my surprise it 1) Was truly unscented and 2) Totally eliminated the smell from the rug after just two applications. I have central air conditioning which is a necessity in the North East. The temperature isn't too bad but the humidity is sometimes unbearable to me anyway. I keep the AC system on a good part of the time which means the windows are closed not allowing the flow of fresh air. Air conditioning is great but allows the air to occasionally get stale and most times that staleness permeates the furniture and bedding. I found fabric freshener helps but most brands have a harsh perfume or chemical odor. I took a chance with the Febreze after seeing a TV advertisement. The freshener is great. Does a very good job of getting rid of the staleness on fabric without that harsh perfume or chemical overtone. Sometimes dog beds get stinky. Like, REALLY STINKY. This makes them not stinky. Amazing. You still have to clean up poop if it gets on a dog bed. Don’t do it, don’t just spray that Febreeze on the poop!!! You clean up that poop first…but in between situations where you actually have to wash them, this does a good job. Note for super silly people: *** I have no idea if this may bother your dog’s or animal’s skin. Do your own research and consult a vet. For the most part, this fabric refresher does its job: it eliminates odors and does not leave a scent. Mind that if the odor on the fabric is overwhelmingly strong, it might not get all of it off, but it does reduce the amount of odor. So in that way, I think this is a wonderful product. My only complaint about it is the spray nozzle. If you don't pull the trigger fast enough, it will drip. I wanted to spray just a little (half a spray). That isn't going to cut it - it's not a fine mist. There is also a lock sign on the bottle - maybe it means to remove the cap altogether - but I tried to turn it to see what it does, but it just leaks from the top. So overall, my point is that the product does what it claims, but the bottle design could use some work. Read more

I just recently discovered this product and I’m SO glad I did. I just got it and after just one use there is a significant difference in an improved smell in my home. I noticed instead of a candle “covering up” a smell, this just gets rid of it all together and then you can use whatever candle/fragrance you want for your space. I've used it for years. It's sometime hard to get the last of the liquid to spray out of the container, so I just unscrew the top and pour the remains of it into a small glass spray bottle that reliably uses it to the last drop. I prefer to buy these Febreze singly, rather than the new minimum orders of 4-6. It's possible elsewhere! Read more

I never could get used to the scents of Febreeze. So when this came out I knew I had to try it. And yes, it really does work. And even though there’s no scent, it does make the room fresh. It is a great value to me to just have a freshness in my home where I spend so much time. I spray the curtains, pillows, furniture whenever I feel it is needed. This is a win. Read more
