The media could not be loaded. Before I get started, I have to say this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever had! Although it did flip up a bit by the end of my workout, it endured a full 60-minute session, and that says a lot. I even included the final exercise in my video so you could see it in action. Upon putting it on, I immediately noticed how strong and durable it is. I’m a little over 300 pounds, and it held up beautifully. My true size would’ve been a 4X, but I wanted something that would train my waist, not just fit comfortably, so I went with a 3X. It was definitely a challenge to get on, but once it was in place, it gave me great compression. Now, the only thing I wish is that it were a bit longer. I would’ve loved for it to cover more of the upper back area and that “muffin top.” You kind of have to choose, either pull it up to cover the top or pull it down to shape the lower area. Because of my “tabletop butt” (😂), I knew it would be a challenge, but that’s not a complaint, just body reality! The hard wiring helps it stay in place, but after a lot of movement, especially arm work, it does shift a little. Even then, it stays tight around the abdomen the entire time, which is exactly what you want from a waist trainer. Overall, I have to say: this is the best one I’ve found, even over 50 years old and after trying many others. It’s sturdy, tight, and truly does its job.
