Installation is very easy and takes about 30 minutes in my case because some tank issue but it works very well. The bidet is very slim, simple, and elegant. It comes with everything you need for installation and use (except tools), including the T-piece, which was my concern when purchasing it. You can tell that the plastic is very good quality and fits perfectly on my old toilet with an adjustable plates. It offers a gentle feminine wash that includes water pressure adjustment to customize it at home according to who is using it. If the water in your home is not clean, you don't have to worry because it includes a long-lasting filter to remove impurities and heavy materials, but the flow is excelent. It comes with a self-cleaning nozzle system for added peace of mind before or after use. It comes with very clear instructions on the packaging. The media could not be loaded. This bidet attachment comes with clear, easy to follow installation instructions and everything needed (except wrench and screwdriver (to remove toilet seat)). If you follow closely, installation is straight-forward and can be completed in about 20 minutes from opening the box. Installing the filter is quick, and a great feature to help some impurities from your water. It will be a small maintenance item to track filter usage, and to purchase a new one. Design is simple, and quality appers to be very good; plastic but a very durable plastic. This has been in use for about two weeks and it works well. The spray intensity takes a little time to learn how far to turn the dial for both front spray (female) and the rear, but the dial easily adjusts to meet your comfort level. Water is from the cold water line, with no heating feature, so water temp will vary based on your pipe insulation and outside temperature. There is a self-cleaning function (see video) for rinsing the sprayers, operated by turning the dial toward the back of the unit. It is suggested to use this self-cleaning feature before each use of the bidet. By doing so, you first must pass by (turn on) one of the sprayers which will shoot out if you are not seated (or blocking the water with your hand). My suggestion to the designer/manufacturer would be to make the self-cleaning function the first stop on the dial in either direction, before the dial is turned to either front sprayer or rear sprayer. Otherwise, no complaints about the intended use of this affordable bidet add-on. I cannot speak to the longevity of the item, but will update if it does not continue to perform well. I honestly don’t know how I lived without this bidet for so long! Installation was straightforward and only took a few minutes with the included instructions. The design feels sturdy and high quality, and it fits perfectly on my toilet seat. EDIT 2/9/2026: Well as promised I have an update. No cracks and the filter is not leaking. Everything is working perfectly. I can't give them 5 stars because of the initial issues, but it is a good product. FEELSO customer service gets 5 stars for their quick response and shipping me a replacement. ------------------------- EDIT 1/15/2026: FEELSO sent me a replacement. No cracks and the filter is not leaking. It's only been a day, so I'll update again in a few weeks. Company has been very responsive. —-------------------------- Well I really wanted to love this product. Install was easy. Unfortunately the filter started leaking after a week, then I discovered the base is cracked after only having it for 3 weeks. Waiting to see if they will replace it, but I think I'll be searching for a new Bidet. :( Read more
