First...I bought this for a friend who just moved into her first apartment and this fit nicely in her microwave. Works fine and even her cooking veggies was great. Second...got to be honest here. Suspected that my order met the five fingered lift because it showed it was delivered by USPS, but I didn't receive it. I contacted customer service (even tho it was all via email) and requested a refund, which was done. Then, my order was found (another long story, but the mail guy I supposed got chewed out). To be fair, I said that I would rather pay for the order, but CS says it's okay and let me keep it. I know, CS via email isn't always cool, but the seller was prompt and professional. Personally not into heating plastic in the microwave regardless of being “microwaveable safe” but my mom insisted I purchased this for her because her last one broke. Seems cheap and arrived somewhat dirty once I removed the plastic shrink wrap it came in. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s used but dropped a few times prior to being shrink wrapped. Read more
