Updated review after about six months of use: I've been using this two or three times a week for several months and through physical therapy. It's very well made, can be a little bit of a hassle to get on and off between sets but who cares -- it provides a convenient way to attach dumbbells to your foot for complete range of motion training with your hip flexors, tibia, and supportive muscular structures. Well worth it. I have another ankle wrap attachment that I use for cable work, but doesn't have an intuitive way to attach a dumbbell to do hip flexor work or tibia work. This appears to be well made and easier to attach to a weighted handle . Read more
Absolutely thrilled with this dumbbell attachment for the foot! My daughter is using it for physical therapy after a bad ankle sprain, and it's been a game-changer. The design is perfect for targeting her ankle strength and flexibility. It's easy to use, comfortable, and has significantly accelerated her recovery. Highly recommend for anyone needing targeted lower limb rehab! Read more
Worst design. Does not hold the dumbbell in place. I can’t see how anyone would give it more than a one start review. The design is very flawed. It should not have Velcro wrapping around the dumbbell. Velcros isn’t strong enough to keep it in place. Read more

I ALMOST returned these but decided to give it one more try. The instructions aren’t very clear and the seller does not provide video instructions. When set up correctly they actually work as intended and does not take up a lot of space in my gym bag. 5 stars for the product 1 star for instructions . Read more
It’s ok and the price is good. I’ll probably get another to use on both feet at the same time to see if that makes a difference. If you have small feet wear thick shoes because the straps are large which can be tricky holding in place. I got one to test because I wanted weight while I do leg raises but it was flopping all over the place and didn’t feel right. I’ll most likely use it until I can think of a better option. Read more
works perfectly, a little hard to strap over feet. Read more
Does what it needs to do. I wanted to work out my legs a bit while working but I don't have room to buy a whole machine or anything big, so I figure this would work for a 2-in-1 solution. I can work out my legs and still pick it up for arm workouts as well. Read more
