Great value, easy way to support your health
Immediate relief, actually mind blowing. Doesn’t distort the screen at all, though it obviously changes the colors. I wear these during the day while inside and/or on a screen, and I wear the red lenses after sunset and until bedtime (even in bed reading on my kindle paperwhite too!). The case is wonderful, the style is current, they are so comfy to wear (I love the lack of nose pads and the size). I have a pretty big head, and these don’t squeeze at all. Can’t speak to results yet but I will say my Oura sleep score is trending up even after 4 days of wearing them (I’m in my luteal phase which is usually the worst sleep of my cycle, so any improvement is welcome!).
