This is a nice chair for the money. I like the movable armrests. The seat is well padded and mesh back is comfortable. although the sliding plastic back support didn't seem to make much difference. This chair is a great fit for someone of small to average size. As a plus sized person, I found the chair to be a little uncomfortable after extended use. The seat area is plenty wide enough but after sitting for a while I became sore. However, I believe this is because of my weight and the amount of time I spend sitting. I have a desk job and typically spend 8+ hours a day sitting even with frequent breaks to get up and move around. This chair wasn't listed as big & tall and likely isn't meant for larger people. I'm offering that perspective in hopes it's helpful to others. :) For reference, I am about 5'7" and 240 lbs. I ended up offering the chair to my teen daughter and she loves it, no complaints. Bottom line, I think this chair is a good value for the money and is perfect for someone of smaller to average size. If you're a big & tall person or spend long hours at your desk, you may want to keep looking for something that offers more support. Read more

Chair is comfortable, but the wheels cause the wheel base to turn (clockwise) when the chair moves. I initially thought the chair mat needed to be replaced because the mat was moving on the floow, clockwise. I bought a new mat, but it also turned. I finally discovered that one or more of the wheels has more friction than the others, hence causing the new floor mat to move. I cleaned the wheels, but no improvement. I have now bought new replacement wheels. Because it took me so long to discover the problem, the Amazon rejected my request for new wheels. Read more
