I was very skeptical when I ordered this but needed a new bag quick for my daughter's upcoming trip to camp. It is solid and well made and doesn't smell. Hardware is stout and the canvas isn't overly waxed to the point of extreme stiffness. I like the clips in the side that allow you to collapse the bag so it has a smaller footprint when not full to capacity. The bag sat outside of the bus in the drizzle for 30 minutes and all of the contents were dry. It.easily stays upright as well - no tipping over. I fit two size 10 pairs of shoes in the bottom along with a ziplock of contact solution, lotions, and other teenage girl skincare routine stuff 😆 It is roomy enough to haul 4-5 days of winter clothing. One of the pictures has a glasses case in front of the bag for size reference, however the advertised photos are actually spot on and trustworthy. The bag does not smell and mine did not come wrinkled or permanently disfigured. I'm going to order a second one for the husband so we can uograde his current duffle bag and shaving kit. Read more
Zippers are sturdy and hauling sling attaches to bag in a way to distribute weight well. Very rugged canvas and manly look with ample room. If you use handles instead of sling you won’t fear they will hold up for a long time. Canvas is like a tent fabric … this bag isn’t a smooth leather feel. I have had this bag to the gym every day and the thick fabric and well sewed hardware have held up without any degradation. Really really liked this bag until I had to use it as carry on for my trip to Europe. The bag alone is heavy so as soon as you add items to it, shoes, change of cloths and your iPad it’s so heavy to carry. It’s well made and I like the looks of it but honestly it’s not great as a carry on. Read more

What a great “weekender” or short trip bag! If you’re one to pack light you could probably get a full week into it! Seems very durable. Bottom compartment perfect for shoes or dirty laundry. Zipper seems sturdy however we haven’t used them much yet as they were Christmas gifts. Read more
