Reliable and Easy

They're simple tube patches. They work as long as you know how to use them. And the size is better than the small circle patches. Read more

They worked

The instructions are not clear (translated poorly into English) and it instructs you to do a lot of steps with things not included in the package. I have used them 3 times now, and they've held (unlike the Slime patches I once got that never worked). I used a pumice stone to ruff up the rubber a bit, put on the included adhesive let it dry, put on the patch, and pressed it down. Online I read not to try and remove the upper paper. Anyhow, it seems they work. Read more

Just follow the directions

The glue must dry, at least two minutes, before adhering the patch. And sand it well. You don't even need to use a whole patch. Just cut it in half and put the flat cut part up to the seam. No need to cover the seam unless it's right on it. Read more

A lot of patches for the money

Have been cutting up an ultra thin tube and using it for patches. Just used one of these and like them better. Good adhesion. For the money it’s difficult to go wrong. Find the hole, rough up the area with sandpaper, wipe it off. Then I clean it with alcohol and let it dry. Put a thin layer of glue down, making sure it covers an area a little larger than the patch. Let it dry for at least 5 minutes. Take the foil off the patch and place it over the hole, keeping firm pressure on it for at least two minutes. Wait about an hour and pull the paper off and put some talcum powder on it. Read more
