I bought this in July. Used it for a trip and haven't used it since. I tried to use it today. I left the controls on the charger over night. It did not charge the controllers. When I tried to connect to switch it won't connect and it definitely does not charge it. The 2 controllers on the right look like they're fully charged but do not turn on. They'll flash on. And the turn off. <updated> Spoke with customer service they are refunding me for the item and in good faith, are sending me a replacement in hopes that it was just a fluke. Will update again. Nice little dock for a spare tv or for traveling. I don’t know how it would stand up to regular use (pulling unit in and out, etc). Simple to get the Switch to sit in and secure while inserted. Charges standard controllers pretty well. My only complaint is it doesn’t come with a power cable. But it’s a USB-C connector so I use it with a spare cable and brick and it works as expected. I like the on/off button feature. All told, I’d buy again if I needed to. Read more

Bought Dec 2nd its now March 15th. A few weeks back it started cutting the picture in and out randomly. I didn't think anything of it at first. Now it doesnt bring the picture feom the switch to the tv at all even though the charger works and the switch screen blacks out like its trying to move the picture. I guess for less money than nintendos you get a much inferior product..definitely should have worked more than a couple monthes. I reached out to the manufacturer, but never got any sort of response back also. Read more

It works, and does hold the games as advertised, charges controllers and a Switch as advertised too. But the docking system used is terrible. It grabs on unbelievably tight against the device and you have to manually line up the USB C port on the bottom of the console still. It works, But if you're looking for a quality utilitarian dock then I wouldn't say this is it... Does do the job though Read more

This charge dock can charge my switch and two set of Joy cons. I will never worry about Joy on out of battery when my friends coming over. Everything fits snuggly and it looks good too. I recommend to players who owns more than one set of joy cons. So worth it! Read more
